Unnatural. And I'm pretty sure Botox should be off limits to pregnant women.
PUH-LEEZE!!! In my 2nd pregnancy, I looked like that at 12 weeks. What is gestating in there, a mouse? A tennis ball? Jeez.

yeah, i'm not really buying this either... i hope to god that this isn't all just some kind of publicity stunt, because i honestly don't see how a woman at 6 months has no visible fat to speak of...
i hope the kid turns out ok. if she's not letting herself eat during this time it could cause problems to the baby.
