I guess it's a good thing the writers are still striking, for Keifer Sutherland, anyway. His ass is headed for the big house:
Kiefer Sutherland was sentenced Wednesday to 48 days in jail for his latest DUI arrest and for violating probation. ... He has until March 30 to complete his jail sentence. Asked if he had any comment, Sutherland, 40, smiled and shook his head as he walked away from the courtroom. Judge Stuart M. Rice also sentenced Sutherland to five years probation, and he must complete an 18-month alcohol education program and attend weekly therapy sessions for six months. [people]Something tells me it's gonna take Bauer more than 24 hours to get out of this mess...

how many duis is this? i remember reading about his troubles with drinking and driving at least a couple of times before. here's a tip, if you're an alcoholic that also happens to be a millionaire have a driver take you wherever you want to go!
